Overview

This role will work within the Business Support Team and provide support and assistance to the Operations Managers within the organisation.  The successful applicant will have an background in operational and administrative management and be organised and enthusiastic with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, in addition to a strong team mentality and a willingness to achieve. You will have unstinting attention to detail to achieve high quality delivery, you will work with a range of internal stakeholders to get things done.

 

OxFed are managing a broad range of services including extended primary care hours, home visiting, supervised nursing provision for Oxford University and social care signposting for patients.  All of which require delivery within an extremely busy and demanding schedule and therefore need support and assistance to ensure operational success.

 

You will be part of our growing Business Support Team, working together with a range of other professionals to provide a seamless service across all of our activities.  In addition to your core role you may be called upon to support other projects from time to time and will have the chance to be involved in a range of initiatives and training opportunities to help you to develop your skills and career while also benefiting us in your new role.
