Overview

OxFed are managing a broad range of projects from workforce development, the establishment of a staff pool and shared back office services to facilitating the move wider digital transformation. All of which require delivery within an extremely busy and demanding schedule and therefore need support and assistance to ensure project success.

This role will work within the Business Support Team and provide support and assistance to the Programme and Project Managers within the organisation.  The successful applicant will have a background in project management and be organised and enthusiastic with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, in addition to a strong team mentality and a willingness to achieve.
