This role will directly shape and influence the work that is currently underway across education and workforce development through these training hubs, leading delivery of the GPN 10pp.
This role will also provide key senior clinical leadership for the forthcoming GPN New to Practice and Fellowship programmes.. The post holder will be supported by Health Education England Workforce Transformation Lead for Primary and Community Care and have wider system input and support from the primary and community care Training Hubs.
This role would suit candidates who are looking for a new challenge within professional leadership and have a keen interest in education and NHS workforce development. If you have the aptitude to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing landscape, within a collaborative and supportive environment, we look forward to hearing from you.
Note: while the role is based at the Oxfordshire Training Hub, this role will require working across Buckinghamshire and Berkshire West as it is a shared roll across the system. OxFed Health & Care ltd is the hosting organisation for Oxfordshire Training Hub.
