People Business Partner
This is an exciting new role in our evolving People Services team. For the first time we are looking to appoint an in-house People Business Partner to provide specialist advice and input and oversee our People Services function.
You will need to quickly get ‘under our skin’, understanding our strategy, culture, values and behaviours and help us identify the skills and individuals we need to deliver our plans.
In addition to overseeing our day-to-day people operations, you will both provide pragmatic, expert input and advice to support us in all aspects of people management, as well as leading a programme of continuous improvement, ensuring we have the talent and skills we need for longer term success.
You will be a trusted advisor, problem solver and creative thinker. Acting as a change agent, you will support the Executive team by anticipating, helping to design and then shaping organisational change. Applicants will need to demonstrate past experience as a pragmatic, trusted advisor who is involved in all aspects of the employee life cycle and talent development. As a small organisation, we are looking for a talented problem-solver who can balance hands-on operational needs with strategic development and who is keen to make a real difference.
As the face of Primary Care is undergoing significant change, at OxFed we need to prepare ourselves to meet the needs of the newly formed Primary Care Networks, so this is an exciting time to join us.
