Following the implementation of our new, digital People Services system, we are introducing this crucial new role. The new HR Assistant, is a part of the People Services team will be responsible for the administration of the employee lifecycle from recruitment through to the end of employment, ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our Managers and Colleagues
Under the guidance of, working closely with and reporting to the People Business Partner, your role will be to ensure the smooth operation of all of the OxFed People Services processes and as a super user, the effective use and maintenance of our People Services technology solution alongside continuously considering and recommending ways to develop and improve our service provision.
You will also be the first point of contact for enquiries from OxFed team members and specifically the Management Accountant in relation to payroll, escalating the more complex issues and enquiries outside of your area of core knowledge to the People Business Partner where necessary.
You will be an organised self-starter with proven ability to juggle multiple priorities, unstinting attention to detail, high-quality and timely delivery. You will be practical with strong administrative capability coupled with excellent team working skills and the ability to quickly form strong working relationships. In this role you will have access to privileged information, including both personal and organisational data and information and therefore high standards of confidentiality and integrity are required at all times.
