This role will work within the Business Support Team and provide support and assistance to the Projects and Programmes team. The successful applicant will have an background in project management and be organised and enthusiastic with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, in addition to a strong team mentality and a willingness to achieve. You will have unstinting attention to detail to achieve high quality delivery, you will work with a range of internal stakeholders to get things done.

Right now, we are delivering a broad range of projects across education and workforce development through the Oxfordshire Training Hub (oxfordshiretraining.net) (a Training Hub hosted by OxFed). You will be part of our growing Projects and Programme team, working together with a range of other professionals to provide seamless project delivery. The role will involve directly owning a number of project tasks and training hub deliverables. You will also have the opportunity to actively evolve and shape new processes within the Project Management Office.

You will be part of our growing Business Support Team, working together with a range of other professionals to provide a seamless service across all of our activities. In addition to your core role you may be called upon to support other projects from time to time and will have the chance to be involved in a range of initiatives and training opportunities to help you to develop your skills and career while also benefiting us in your new role.
